Amazing hotel, very clean, friendly staff, fresh breakfast, the female server very friendly and professional. Thanks to Marriott Suggestion - nowadays people using rarely credit card at the terminals with pin, because so much scam, it would be professional if all the Marriott property using the same policy receive payment through membership account which is secure and traceable, as most of the Marriott properties are using.

This hotel was a gem! Staff were great (I had travel disruptions so interacted with a lot of them!). The hotel itself feels modern and clean. My king suite was spacious, well appointed, everything worked and felt new. The gym had everything you'd need and the equipment appeared well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was not elaborate but very satisfying and tasty. I was able to easily access by city bus and the Uber to the airport was a reasonable price. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

As a public servant, I travel within the country as part of a team to collect valuable specimens from fellow citizens. During these work-related trips, we rely heavily on hotel accommodations. Residence Inn Toronto–Mississauga West has been exceptional in every regard. The hotel stands out for its high standards of cleanliness, convenient accessibility to amenities, and excellent facilities. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile—especially Jasmeen, whose hospitality truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding service.

Stayed over Thanksgiving with my family and it was fantastic. Check in was smooth and the staff is very polite and welcoming.The location is very conveniently location close to some restaurants that you can walk to.This was our first time into Toronto and we were not disappointed.The breakfast was really good and the rooms and property are well kept and clean.We felt very safe and we are already planning to book a longer stay soon.

A lovely stay with charming staff. The rooms are impeccably clean, quite large and nicely decorated. The kitchenettes are very well equipped. All the staff were kind and friendly. Vipul went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us.

Great experience! Breakfast had vegetarian options and non dairy milks. Room and hotel was clean and tidy. Good value for money. Would stay again!

Stayed here for 7 nights for a family trip to Canada. We booked a 1 bedroom suite. Check in was quick and smooth. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. Room and bathroom was spacious, fully equipped kitchen and pretty clean. Bed was also comfortable. We had a few minor issues in the room which were resolved pretty quickly the next day. There was no safe in the room. Breakfast was a pretty good spread of waffle maker, eggs, oats, assorted breads and some fruit etc. The hotel also has a small indoor pool and a nice fitness center.

We had a great stay here, lobby and room was very clean and comfortable. I want to give a special shout out to the amazing customer service we received from Janteen when checking in. He went over above to resolve a small issue we had when checking in. The sincere customer service and professionalism he provided was over the top. Will definitely come back to this location and reccomend this location.
